Dan Henderson
Qualifications:

Biography:
Dan is the Co-director and General Manager of Australian Institute of Kettlebells and owner of health and fitness business Coastal Bodies. Dan has a passion for health and fitness and this is evident by his commitment to health and the enthusiasm he has in imparting his knowledge to others. After years of traditional weight training, Dan discovered kettlebells. Kettlebell training has revolutionised his workouts and added a whole new dimension to exercising. He loves the variety and the whole-body movements that kettlebell training offers.
Tarek ‘Taz’ Chouja

Biography:
Tarek Chouja is the Co-director and Business Manager of Australian Institute of Kettlebells and C0-owner/head trainer of Primal NRG Fitness . For the past 10 years, Tarek has worked in the health and fitness industry from gym floors to the beautiful outdoors. Having gained vast experience in different methods of training, Tarek has come to embrace the kettlebell for its versatility when it comes to all round physical benefits. For Tarek, kettlebell training is not just another training method but an art form that requires practice, patience and an iron will.

Biography:
Darius has a global knowledge having widely travelled to learn from various Masters of sport and fitness. The knowledge he has acquired brings revolutionary techniques to his clients not commonly acquired by today’s trainers. A sample of his pursuits sees him as a qualified trainer in the Pose Method of Running and recently he has acquired the Pose Movement Level 1 – the only person in Australia. In addition he is a Latvian trained Kettlebell coach and Nutritional advisor. This insight and knowledge has allowed him to develop his own screening process enabling him to identify weak links in the chain of movement and therefore being able to correct them through the right exercise. This also makes Darius one of the most sought after trainers with regards to Kettle bells as his teachings are clear,
precise and very progressive.
Peter Kirk

Biography:
Peter has worked under the tutelage of Australian Institute of Kettlebells, excelling in the execution and demonstration of kettlebell training. Peter has been hand picked for his passion, knowledge and ability to instruct in kettlebell training. Peter is also head trainer and owner of fitness business Eastern Fitness. Peter’s love of life for exercise, outdoors and surfing has all been improved with the introduction of kettlebells into his fitness regime. Creating explosive power with dynamic movements kettlebells has not only changed my physique but approach to training itself.

Jason is the Perth State Personal Training Manager for Your PT Australia and also the owner of Imperium Personal Training. Jason loves a challenge, Kettlebells have provided that challenge. From early in his PT days Jason has endeavoured to expand his knowledge to find the ultimate tool to give the ultimate workout, after 6 years of searching, he found kettlebells with the AIK. “I love pushing my mind and body to the limit, just to see what is possible. Nothing is impossible if you are passionate enough.

Boris a young personal trainer in the business working with clients one-on-one & teaching kettlebell classes. He has always had a passion for analysing body movements and optimising them for best results, be it in sports performance, recovery from injury, fat loss or health promoting effects. Which has led him to powerlifting, which is requires structure & efficiency for maximal strength development. Kettlebell training, which requires economy of movement for power endurance. And corrective exercise for injury prevention during hard training and injury rehab when required. Boris’ programs & coaching is tailored to the client’s needs & abilities and progressed safely and for fastest results.
