This course is an extension to level 1 and focuses on the following components:
- Kettlebell Variations
- Kettlebell Clean and Jerk
- Alternate holds and presses
- Double kettlebell exercises
- Core component
- Kettlebell complexes
The aim of the course is to introduce the kettlebell as a diverse training tool that appeals to clients from beginners to athlete levels. Level 2 introduces more sport specific conditioning methods with the added complexity of double kettlebell exercises
